The entry of the new members was ratified during the Assembly of the Campania Aerospace District held at the Città della Scienza headquarters. The Assembly, chaired by Professor and Engineer Luigi Carrino, was attended by the Members, the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors, and, for the extraordinary part, Notary Lottini from Naples.
During the proceedings, the president reported on the activities carried out in 2025, with particular reference to strategic projects, services for companies, internationalization initiatives, activities for young people, and the strengthening of the Dac’s operational structure.

Among the most significant results, the Assembly approved the entry of new Members and the related operations on the share capital, allowing the District to reach the milestone of one million in share capital (up from 959,500). But the operation also has the effect of further strengthening the Dac’s membership base by integrating new technological and industrial skills in strategic areas such as space propulsion, launchers, high-performance materials and components, electronic interconnections, aerostructures, precision mechanical processing, aerospace software, automation, and digital innovation.
The Assembly also approved updates related to corporate governance, confirming Engineer Luca Petronzio on the Board of Directors, representing the “Space and Launchers” vertical, and appointing lawyer Annalaura Lettieri for the “Maintenance and Transformation” vertical. During the report, the strengthening of the District’s Working Groups was also highlighted. To the four already operational groups — Ipersonica HBJ, Urban Air Mobility, Nano and Microsatellites, Earth Observation — two new paths are being launched dedicated to Propulsion and Access to Space, also thanks to the presence of absolutely prominent industrial players in the Dac.
