Adr has inaugurated Open, a cutting-edge business center located opposite Terminal 1 of Fiumicino, in the heart of the airport. The structure, built between January 2024 and April 2026, can accommodate up to 600 people in 70 offices and 35 meeting rooms. Open will become the headquarters for numerous airlines (including Ita Airways, Emirates, American Airlines, Alaska Air, Delta, and Air Canada), as well as handling and rent-a-car companies operating at Fiumicino.

Working with tenacity and creativity, Adr has managed to transform the Capital’s hub into the best European airport. The results achieved by Adr in recent years are obtained only through dialogue with all parties involved and by having a clear trajectory in mind».

In these 4 years, we have completely renewed the group. We have accelerated the valorization of young people and women. Today, across our entire group of 100,000 employees, 50% are women and more than a third are under 30.
