The application
To collect, organize, update and make consultable the identifying data of educational facilities for childhood, Inps uses the application called “Agenda Asili Nido”. The Agenda, explains the social security institution, already contains information relating to the 2025/2026 school year provided to the Institute by the Regions and territorially competent Entities, which can therefore be consulted and, where necessary, updated in the application itself.
Feeding the “Agenda Asili Nido” starting from the 2027/2028 school year
Inps clarifies that, starting from the 2027/2028 school year, without prejudice to the necessary adaptation activities to the PDND service (National Digital Data Platform) made available by the Institute, every insertion or update of data relating to educational facilities must be carried out through the interoperability services made available by Inps through the platform. From that year onwards, therefore, the insertion of new educational facilities must be managed through the PDND; the modification of the identifying data of already registered educational facilities; the updating of data relating to the managing entity; the communication of new authorizations or accreditations; the communication of suspensions, cessations or revocations of authorization titles; any further changes to the information present in the “Agenda Asili Nido”. Therefore, from the 2027/2028 school year the ordinary channel for entering and updating data is constituted by the PDND, according to the technical specifications published by the Institute. The data acquired in the “Agenda Asili Nido” are made available to the Technical Commission for standard needs.
