The Plan will be implemented by Aspal, the regional employment agency, and the resources will be along five lines. Through dedicated services of the Employment Centers and Aspal, “the Plan will accompany young people in defining their study, training, and work paths, promoting the meeting between supply and demand of qualified professionals.” The program ranges from employment incentives and stabilization of young people to support for the birth and development of new innovative youth enterprises, continuing with extracurricular internships and paths of formative and professional mobility, including international, specialist orientation services, accompaniment, and taking charge through the network of Employment Centers.
One thousand euros for trainees
Among the most significant innovations, the Region’s decision to recognize a gross allowance of one thousand euros for internships supported by the Plan. All this, with the aim “to encourage wider participation of young people in professional insertion paths and to guarantee conditions consistent with the best national practices.”
